‘Services’ means the Services or information provided by us through the Site, but NOT the Job posting Services, for which each user or member alone is individually responsible. We are providing an online marketplace platform and creating a medium between users and skill builder related course providers and resources.
‘Service Fee’ means that portion of the Credit payable to us for providing the Services.
‘Membership’ means monthly charges for different types of plans to get access for advance features.
‘Learner’ means any person (to include their parent or legal guardian, if applicable) using the Site for availing of the learning Services.
‘Services’ means the Services provided by each blogger or course provider to each user through the Site and group discussions with each other and sharing of their notes, documents, files, messages, discussion, images and help to each other;

Access to this site is permitted temporarily. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or change the service we provide at any time, without notice. We will not be liable if this site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to deny any user access to this site, or any part of it, without notice. We reserve the right to edit, amend, suspend, or close the site at any time. We may, at any time, restrict access to parts of our website or the entire site.

Answer floor may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer access to or use of the Site to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time. Individuals under the age of 18 must at all times use Answer floor’s Services only in conjunction with and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age. In all cases, Members must be at least 18 years, the adult is the Member, and is responsible for any activities.
You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. The Member is responsible for all applicable taxes. In addition, you must abide by Answer floor’s policies as stated in the Agreement and the Answer floor’s policy documents listed below (if applicable to your activities on or use of the Site) as well as all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site by Answer floor, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and each of which may be updated by Answer floor from time to time.
In addition, some services offered through the site may be subject to additional terms and conditions promulgated by the Answer floor from time to time; your use of such Services is subject to those additional terms and conditions, which are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.
Keep the password you select secure. You are fully responsible for all activity, liability, and damage resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality. You agree to immediately notify the Answerfloor of any unauthorized use of the password you select or any breach of security. You also agree that Answerfloor cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep the password secure. You agree not to provide the Member name and password information in combination to any other party other than Answer floor without Answer floor’s express written permission.
You must keep your account information up-to-date and accurate at all times, including a valid email address. To offer items on the Answer floor, you must provide and maintain correct payment information such as valid payment information, credit card information, or valid PayPal account necessary details.
Answer floor accounts are not transferable by sale, gift, or otherwise to another party. If your account is registered as a member, you personally guarantee that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.
Answer floor’s Services may not be available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended Answer floor accounts. Answer floor reserves the right, in Answer floor’s sole discretion, to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts. Answer floor reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Answer floor has a right to decide which account activate or inactive in this Site.
6. PAYMENT PROCESS
Answer floor charges fees based on the membership plan. We charge a certain percentage of earned by the resources, and group related Services. Answer floor charges depend on membership, and these services charge by members. Members fee according to their experience, qualification, in which course and feedback earn by users accordingly teaching fees that members earn.
Answer floor may, at Answer floor’s sole discretion, change some or all of Answer floor’s Services at any time. In the event, Answer floor introduces a new service, the fees for that service will be clearly posted and are effective at the launch of the service. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
Membership fees calculated on the monthly payment plan. The amount due is calculated monthly. If there are insufficient funds in a member account, then service will be paused. Members need to pay for membership charges in advance. The minimum sum to open or top-up an account is $10.00. Payment can only be made by credit card or debit card or PayPal. We shall collect pre-payments from members, and the minimum payment is $10.
Being purely a marketplace for enabling register users to connect, we do not warrant that we have verified the credentials or certifications of any user or member. It is for each user to satisfy him/herself on this point to avoid engaging with a person purporting to have the required professional qualifications and experience, who does not have them. To the extent required in each case, each user takes full responsibility to obtain his/her own license and/or professional accreditation, which qualifies him/her to provide the Services.
We reserve the right to amend the Services Fee at our sole discretion. We may, at our sole discretion, change some or all of our Services at any time. In the event that we introduce a new service, the fees for that service will be clearly posted and are effective at the launch of the service.
Other than as a service provider, there is no business relationship between you and us. You accept that you are each an independent person and not our partner, principal-agent, employer, or employee, nor are you in any other relationship of trust with us. Users or members are individually responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with using this Site. Each of you entirely agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend us against such liability. We have the right (but not the obligation) to deduct any tax from your Account at any time. If in any jurisdiction tax is due on the Services Fee, you as a user or member, agree to increase the Credit and/or you, the user agrees to reduce the Services Fee to ensure that we receive the Services Fee net of all tax.
7. REFUNDS POLICY
In being granted access to the Services and the Services, you expressly acknowledge that you waive any statutory right to cancel your contract with us.
Once an Account has been opened and you, as a member has purchased. You may cancel your Account at any time after subscribing or membership plan. However, no refunds for Credit or PayPal purchased can be provided, regardless of whether on the grounds of quality or otherwise. If you subscribe in error, you must inform us within seven calendar days of subscribing and must not use the Services during that time.
Each user is charged with the Services Fee according to the membership payment plan. Once the member joined, any paid group will automatically deduct the charges from the Credit or PayPal.
We are not responsible for the quality or content of any services and make no representation or warranty of any kind as to the standard or quality of the Services provided.
8. Use of Material on this website
The material on this website is copyrighted or licensed to Answerfloor. This includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look appearance, graphics, and content. You may view this website and its contents using your web browser. You may electronically copy and print hard copies of parts of this site solely for personal, non-commercial use.
You may access and share content via social media (in line with the provisions of the acceptable use policy). You agree not to copy or use any content or graphics on the website, except as outlined above, without written permission from us.
Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be considered a criminal offense.
Neither title nor intellectual property rights are transferred to you by access to this site.

We are working with third parties to collect user data for conversion tracking and serving ads targeted to users’ interests, and that they can opt-out of interest-based advertising through methods that Twitter may specify from time to time here.
14. Sharing Content from Answerfloor
If you make use of a feature that allows you to share material or send content (e.g., via social media or email), you must comply with the acceptable use policy. You warrant that any such message created and supplied by you, or on your behalf, complies with these Terms. You agree to indemnify defend and hold harmless us, our subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, service providers, content providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors from and against all liabilities, claims, demands, and expenses arising out of your breach of warranty. You also warrant that you have the recipient’s permission for us to use their email address to send any messages on your behalf. You indemnify us in respect of any liability we may incur where we send messages on your behalf. Answerfloor will not be required to treat any Submission as confidential, and may use any Submission in its business (including without limitation for products or advertising) without incurring any liability for royalties or any other consideration of any kind, and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in future Answerfloor operations.
16. SUBMITTING INFORMATION TO THE SITE
While we try to make sure that the Site is secure, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you supply to us, and therefore we cannot guarantee that it will be kept confidential. For that reason, you should not let us have any patentable ideas or patent applications, advertising or marketing suggestions, prototypes, or any other information that you regard as confidential, commercially sensitive, or valuable ( Unwanted Submissions). While we value your feedback, you agree not to submit any Unwanted Submissions. You alone accept full responsibility for any use of Unwanted Submissions by any person(s) other than yourself.

For some of our features, other members may be able to request email notifications of your new public content or publish their own comments to your comments. We may use the public content to develop products, make connections with potential employers, personalize site views, market products, or identify or feature popular members. By posting or uploading any content to this Site, including personal account information and resume information and/or providing any communication or material to Provider (“User Content”), you automatically and irrevocably:
(a) Retain ownership of your User Content, and grant and assign to Provider and any employer to which your User Content is provided a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to all rights in the User Content including without limitation all copyright, together with all consents (if any) necessary to enable its reproduction, distribution, modification, publishing and/or other exploitation by Provider and/or by any person authorized by Provider, by any means and in all media now known or hereafter devised, without payment or other reference to you or any other person, and to advertise and promote such exploitation, for the full period of all such rights (together with any extensions and renewals) and insofar as possible in perpetuity;

(e) Confirm that no such User Content will be subject to any obligation, of confidence or otherwise, to you or any other person and that Provider shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of such User Content.
Answer floor considers any unsolicited suggestions, ideas, proposals or other material submitted to it by Members via the Site or otherwise (collectively, the “Material”) to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and Answer floor shall not be liable for the disclosure or use of such Material. If at Answer floor’s request, any member sends Material to improve this Site (for example through message, forum, group or to customer support), Answer floor will also consider that Material to be non-confidential and non-proprietary and Answer floor will not be liable for use or disclosure of the Material. Any communication by you to Answerfloor is subject to this Agreement. You hereby grant and agree to grant Answer floor, under all of your rights in the Material, a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, sub-licensable and transferable right and license to incorporate, use, publish and exploit such Material for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, including but not limited to incorporating it in the API, documentation, or any product or service, without compensation or accounting to you and without further recourse by you, provided the material does not include any personally identifying information of the Member.
By posting Content on Answer floor, it is possible for an outside Site or a third party to re-post that Content. You agree to hold Answerfloor harmless for any dispute concerning this use. If you choose to display your own Answer floor-hosted image on another Site, the image must provide a link back to its listing page on Answerfloor.
18. Job Alerts
The provider may provide job alerts or may use third parties and automated search engines to provide job alerts, matching employment opportunities found on third party job searching sites with your resume or Career Profile, job search requests submitted by you, and/or other usage data relating to your use of Provider Applications. Provider tries to match the information available to ensure employment opportunities presented to you in job alerts match the type of career opportunities desired by you, but Provider makes no guarantee that you will receive career opportunities or job alert leads you to desire.
19. INTERACTING WITH ANSWER FLOOR MEMBER (MEETINGS)
Members are solely responsible for interactions with others. The answer floor is not involved with user-generated groups, the groups’ requirements, or the meetings.
Answer floor does not supervise or control any Member meetings, Member-initiated online or offline gatherings, or interactions among and between Members and other persons or companies. Members are solely responsible for interactions with others. Members understand that Answerfloor does not in any way screen its Members. All Members are strongly urged to EXERCISE CAUTION AND USE GOOD JUDGMENT in all interactions with others, particularly if meeting offline or in person.
Answerfloor provides a messaging system as a way to communicate privately with other Answer floor Members. Think of it like email just for Answerfloor. Messaging is used to communicate or to build friendly relationships with other Members. Please use common sense when giving out personal information to others.
• You must not use messaging to send unsolicited advertising or promotions, requests for donations or “spam;”
• You must not knowingly harass or abuse another Member;
• If someone explicitly tells you not to contact him or her, you must not contact him or her again; and
• Sending too many messages too quickly may auto-disable your messaging. You must contact us to have your ability to send messages reinstated.
All registered members are part of our community. Answerfloor has established multiple ways for Members to interact with one another on this Site. Please remember that these are public spaces, so use common sense when sharing personal information. Answerfloor’s role is to facilitate open discussion and support our community through constructive communication.
We have some general rules for community conduct, and some spaces have additional rules. Please consider the following:
• Treat one another with respect. There is a real person behind each name;

The Answer floor group(s) is placed to interact with a broad range of Answer floor community Members worldwide. In our groups, you can read announcements, share questions and answers, and have discussions on various topics of interest.
Please consider the following:
• When using the group, follow the general rules for Answer floor community conduct;
• Solicitation for direct donations or other fund-raising is not allowed in the Answer floor;
• Answer floor does not allow spam in the group; for this reason, unsolicited promotion or advertisement from representatives or affiliates of outside Services, Sites or other products is not allowed;
• Keep your posts on-topic. Do not derail a constructive discussion thread;
• Start threads in the appropriate section of the Forums; and
• Consider carefully what information you post in the group. In general, the group serves as a permanent record. In certain circumstances, at Answerfloor’s sole discretion, Answerfloor may remove content from group discussion and Q&A.
The Answerfloor reserves the right to close any thread or topic or particular discussion for any reason. Threads may be moved to a more appropriate section without notice. Violating community policies may result in the suspension of community or other privileges and/or account termination.
Answer floor groups enable Members to gather together and are founded on relationships of mutual respect. Groups may form around a common interest, location, or skill. Groups are intended to facilitate relationships between members to network, promote and mentoring, meet people with similar interests or skills, and accomplish common goals. Any Member of the Answer floor (over the age of 18) may start a group, and each group may be set-up as an open group or invitation-only group.
Please consider the following:
• A group must have at least one group leader;
• Please use common sense when giving out personal information and meeting people online or offline;
• A group may not be used to demonstrate or discuss disputes with others or with Answer floor;
• Knowingly harassing, insulting or abusing other Members or Answer floor staff is unacceptable behavior within Answer floor groups;
• A group may not use mature, profane or racist language or images in the group’s name, banner or logo;
• A group must not promote or glorify hatred, racial or religious intolerance, violence or instruct others to engage in illegal activity;

Unsolicited promotion or advertisement from representatives or affiliates of outside Services, Sites or other products is not allowed;
• Do not use the term “Answerfloor,” other Answer floor Trademarks or similar marks in a manner likely to cause confusion;
• Answerfloor staff does not monitor third-party forums (for example Yahoo or Google groups) or other independent teams sites (for example a team’s blog or Site); and
• Answerfloor will not mediate disputes between Groups and outside parties, nor disputes between groups or group members.
Any usernames and passwords used for this Site are for individual use only. You shall be responsible for the security of your username and password (if any). Provider shall be entitled to monitor your username and password and, at its discretion, require you to change it. If you use a username and password that Provider considers insecure, Provider will be entitled to require this to be changed and/or terminate your account.

Answerfloor is not responsible for the content of those sites.
